Terms of Services
These Terms of Service set out the rules, obligations and agreements that govern your use of ProxyRDP.com. They exist to guarantee a safe and satisfying experience for every one of our customers. Please read them before placing an order.
Our commitment to transparency
At ProxyRDP.com we place a high value on transparency and clarity in how we operate. The price shown when you configure an order is the price on your invoice. We do not charge setup or activation fees, and we do not raise prices at renewal without notifying you in advance.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using our services you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. They cover acceptable use, payment procedures, refund policies and privacy practices.
Services and delivery
Dedicated servers and VPS instances are provisioned automatically and are normally available within 10 to 30 minutes of a confirmed payment. Residential RDP and residential proxy allocations are checked against live pool availability by a member of our team and typically take between 30 minutes and 4 hours during business hours. Where capacity in a requested city is unavailable we will offer an alternative or a full refund.
Acceptable use
You may not use our services for, or in connection with, any of the following:
- Unsolicited bulk messaging of any kind, on any platform.
- Phishing, fraud, carding, or the impersonation of another person or organisation.
- Distribution of malware, ransomware, or exploit kits.
- Credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, or unauthorised access to any system.
- Denial-of-service traffic, whether originating from or directed at our network.
- Child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexualises minors.
- Harassment, doxxing, or the targeted intimidation of individuals.
- Cryptocurrency mining on shared or residential capacity.
- Any activity unlawful in the jurisdiction where the service operates or where you are located.
Accounts found engaged in the above are suspended immediately and terminated without refund. Where the law requires it, we report the activity to the relevant authorities.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials, for the lawful use of any software you install, and for compliance with the terms of any third-party service you access through our infrastructure. Reducing the likelihood of technical detection does not alter your obligations under a contract or a statute.
Payment, renewal and refunds
Services are billed in advance. Dedicated servers and VPS instances carry a 48-hour money-back guarantee where the delivered hardware does not meet the advertised specification. Residential RDP and residential proxy subscriptions are non-refundable once an address has been allocated, because that capacity is reserved exclusively for you; in place of a refund we offer a 24-hour replacement window and two free address replacements per month.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend a service without notice where it is generating abuse complaints, degrading the network, or where we are legally required to do so. Where suspension is not urgent we will contact you first and give you a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on our news update page and, where they affect an active subscription, by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
